  1. PTFE joint sealant

    Ideal sealing tape with excellent performance

  2. PTFE Thread Tape

    Used for sealing thread end (mains, tubes). Also a raw material used for braiding packing.

PACKING PRODUCTS

  1. Graphite Packing

     

    Graphite posses the properties of high and low temperature resisting, anti-corrosion, anti-radiation, heat and electricity conduction, low friction factor, thermal shock resisting, self-lubrication, and the unique character of being resilient to compression with very low density. These desirable properties have made flexible graphite packing one of the most effective packing for sealing hot water, high temperature and high pressured steam, heat-exchange liquid, oils, acids, alkalis, ammonia, hydrogen, organic solvents, hydrocarbons.

     

  2. Pure PTFE Packing

    Pure PTFE packing is made of PTFE fibers braided into squared cross-section packing.  PTFE fiber boasts the characters of anti-corrosion, self-lubrication and is capable of resisting almost any type of chemical mediums, even those mediums with extremes of pH. 

     

  3. PTFE Packing impregnated with PTFE dispersion.

    PTFE impregnated with PTFE dispersion further enhance the low friction character of PTFE, which ensures long service duration with minimum maintenance

     

  4. PTFE/Graphite Packing

    Both PTFE and graphite are durable material with high strength and low friction. It resists steam, fuels, oils, acids, alkaline, solvent, and is generally ideal for aggressive chemical media.

     

     

  5. Kevlar Fiber Packing

    Kevlar fiber packing is made of Kevlar yarn impregnated with PTFE dispersion before being treated with lubricant and anticorrosion agent.  Because of its great strength and high module, Kevlar packing can perform well under various harsh conditions. 

     

  6. Carbonized Fiber Packing

    As its name suggests, Carbonized Fiber Packing is made of carbon fiber impregnated with PTFE dispersion and treated with lubricant. Carbonized fiber packing has the character of high strength, and good heat conductivity with added benefit of self-lubrication, hence much reduced damage to pump shaft.

  8. PTFE Packing with Kevlar Corner and Silicon Core

    This is an innovative packing developed to reduce the cost of pure Kevlar fiber packing whilst its strength is preserved.  The packing is made from PTFE fibers braided around a silicon core and reinforced with Kevlar yarn in the four corners.  It combines the strength of Kevlar yarn and the self-lubrication of PTFE fiber.

     

  9. Ramie Fiber Packing With PTFE impregnation

    A type of natural fiber packing made from pure ramie fiber with PTFE impregnation. Suitable for high pressure duties and is resistant to fuel, oils, greases, salt water and solvents.

     

  10. Asbestos PTFE Packing

    The packing is braided using asbestos before soaked in PTFE emulsion.

          It is a flexible and general-purpose packing for pumps, valves and flanges.
